What's NewAll anthologies that were already in our database have now been separated into individual novella reviews. This makes it much easier to list novellas that are part of a series in their proper reading order. In the future all anthologies will be listed this way. The winners of our How to Seduce a Scoundrel blog tour giveaway are now posted on the giveaway page. Congratulations to all! I recently hosted a fun interview with historical romance novelist, Vicky Dreiling. If you haven't had a chance to do so already, please stop by the interview page and check it out. My apologies to any readers who were looking forward to the interview with Erin Jamison. I'm afraid that didn't work out, but please watch for other author interviews to come. Due to an increase in the popularity and availability of interracial romances, I have decided to eliminate the Multi-Cultural theme list in favor of an Interracial & Inter-ethnic sub-category within each of the major romance genres. I had also been placing paranormal romances featuring the pairing of a human and a supernatural creature on the Multi-Cultural theme list, since they can often face some of the same challenges as a human couple with differing races. However, since it seems that this type of pairing is quite common in paranormal romances, I've decided to stop differentiating among them. I hope that my readers will not find the latter to be a detractor, and that the overall change will be a positive one that will assist everyone in making their book choices. Coming SoonShort Term (Things you should see within the next 1-3 months) We will be working on some miscellaneous updating of book details in the database. We have several new categories planned for our romance theme list. Watch for more author interviews and book giveaways. Long Term (Things we will be working on in the next 6-12 months) We will be posting our choices for the 100 Best Romance Novels soon. We will be working on a list of free reads. We will be exploring a possible Book-to-Movie feature. We hope to learn more about Facebook and add more content to our page there. |
